If you can't find Indian meals near where you live then move.
Nah, that's not gonna happen. I suggest you look at advertisements for Indian food. Watch out for advertisers that offer retort pouches, or, as they say in the military, 'meals ready to eat.' Cook up some rice, warm up a retort pouch in boiling water, open the pouch and pour it on the rice, and voila you have an Indian meal. Of course there's much, much more to an Indian dining experience than that. But if you truly live in the boonies and a retort pouch is the best you can do, go for it.

Indian food is impressive, really want to try it, but I'm afraid I can not find all the necessary components.

Indian food is one of my favorite, but sometimes it is hard to find specific species...
